Ingredients
- 1 can green beans, 16 oz can, drained
- 1 can yellow wax beans, 16 oz can, drained
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 1 can 8 oz can chick peas, drained
- 8 ounces italian green beans, thawed and drained (1/2 bag)
- 8 ounces frozen peas, thawed and drained (1/2 bag)
- 1 package frozen pearl onions, thawed and drained
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 cup thinly sliced red onion or vidalia
- 1 jar 2 oz jar diced pimientos, drained
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
- 3/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 16 packages sugar substitute or about 1/4 cup sugar to taste
How To Make supreme bean salad

Step 1Combine first 11 ingredients in a large bowl, set aside.

Step 2Combine vinegar, oil, salt and pepper in a small sauce pan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar substitute or sugar. Pour over vegetables and toss gently. Cover and chill at least 3 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally. Drain before serving.
