Supreme Bean Salad
Ingredients

1 can(s)green beans, 16 oz can, drained

1 can(s)yellow wax beans, 16 oz can, drained

1 can(s)kidney beans, drained

1 can(s)8 oz can chick peas, drained

8 ozitalian green beans, thawed and drained (1/2 bag)

8 ozfrozen peas, thawed and drained (1/2 bag)

1 pkgfrozen pearl onions, thawed and drained

1 cchopped green pepper
-
1 cthinly sliced red onion or vidalia

1 jar(s)2 oz jar diced pimientos, drained

1 tspminced fresh garlic
-
3/4 cwhite vinegar
-
1 Tbspvegetable oil
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 tsppepper

16 pkgsugar substitute or about 1/4 cup sugar to taste
How to Make Supreme Bean Salad
- Combine first 11 ingredients in a large bowl, set aside.
- Combine vinegar, oil, salt and pepper in a small sauce pan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar substitute or sugar. Pour over vegetables and toss gently. Cover and chill at least 3 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally. Drain before serving.
