Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    green beans, 16 oz can, drained
  • 1 can(s)
    yellow wax beans, 16 oz can, drained
  • 1 can(s)
    kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can(s)
    8 oz can chick peas, drained
  • 8 oz
    italian green beans, thawed and drained (1/2 bag)
  • 8 oz
    frozen peas, thawed and drained (1/2 bag)
  • 1 pkg
    frozen pearl onions, thawed and drained
  • 1 c
    chopped green pepper
  • 1 c
    thinly sliced red onion or vidalia
  • 1 jar(s)
    2 oz jar diced pimientos, drained
  • 1 tsp
    minced fresh garlic
  • 3/4 c
    white vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 16 pkg
    sugar substitute or about 1/4 cup sugar to taste

How to Make Supreme Bean Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine first 11 ingredients in a large bowl, set aside.
  2. Combine vinegar, oil, salt and pepper in a small sauce pan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar substitute or sugar. Pour over vegetables and toss gently. Cover and chill at least 3 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally. Drain before serving.
