sunshine broccoli salad
This is kind of on the sweet side, but you can substitute granulated Splenda and also use light or fat-free Miracle Whip for calorie control. I use prepackaged all-natural bacon bits to save time. It's popular at church gatherings.

Ingredients
- 1 large head broccoli, cut into florets
- 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup cooked crumbled bacon
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup miracle whip salad dressing
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate (not diluted)
How To Make sunshine broccoli salad

Step 1Mix broccoli, onion, raisins, bacon, and walnuts in a large serving bowl.

Step 2Combine salad dressing, sugar, and orange juice concentrate. Stir into broccoli and mix well.
