Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise (can use reduced fat)
- 1 - small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4-1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 7 cups chopped, fresh broccoli
- 1/2 teaspoon sunflower kernels
- 8 slices bacon, crisp cooked, drained and crumbled

Step 1In a large mixing bowl, stir together mayonnaise, onion, raisins sugar and vinegar.

Step 2Add broccoli and stir to coat. Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours.

Step 3Stir in bacon and sunflower kernels just before serving.
