  • 1 c
    mayonnaise (can use reduced fat)
  • 1
    small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/4-1/3 c
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 7 c
    chopped, fresh broccoli
  • 1/2 tsp
    sunflower kernels
  • 8 slice
    bacon, crisp cooked, drained and crumbled

How to Make Sunny Broccoli Salad


  1. In a large mixing bowl, stir together mayonnaise, onion, raisins sugar and vinegar.
  2. Add broccoli and stir to coat.
    Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours.
  3. Stir in bacon and sunflower kernels just before serving.
