We have 2 blueberry bushes that produce enough to put some into a salad, plus use for other yummy delights as more become ripe!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups corn (freshly grilled or frozen)
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries, fresh
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup poblano pepper, minced
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- 3 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon chili powder, mild or hot
- salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make summer salad with blueberries and corn

Step 1If using grilled corn, scrape kernels from ears. Otherwise, combine the corn, blueberries, cheese, poblano and basil in a bowl.

Step 2Whisk the other ingredients together in a small bowl. Pour them over the salad and fold gently until combined.
