Ingredients

  • 2 small
    strawberry jello (3 ounces)
  • 2 c
    boiling water
  • 2 small
    packages of frozen strawberries
  • 1 can(s)
    crushed pineapple, drained (15 1/2) ounces
  • 2
    bananas
  • 1 c
    cool whip
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese (3 ounces)
  • 1 c
    sifted powdered sugar
  • 1 c
    pecans (optional)

How to Make Strawberry Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Immediately add strawberries, crushed pineapple. sliced bananas add to mixture and mix well. Let set in refrigerator until firm.
    Topping: Combine Cool Whip, cream cheese, powdered sugar and pecans. Spread on top of jello. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Can be used as salad or dessert.
