~ spring time pea salad ~ cassies
I've always loved peas and I love this salad. There are so many ways you can change it to your liking. Sometimes I add chopped boiled egg and tuna too. I made it simple today with what I had available. This makes a great side for Easter.

Step 1In a medium bowl, toss together the peas, onion, celery, cheese and bacon.
-
Step 2Mix together the mayonnaise, salad seasoning, pepper, sugar and milk. If too thick, add a little more milk. Taste and add more seasonings if need be.
-
Step 3Toss the dressing with pea mixture, until all is coated. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Note* I've also added a little tuna to this many times.
