The bacon, oranges, onions and spinach make this a delicious salad. Add some of the sweet/sour poppy seed dressing and you've got one of my family favorites!

Ingredients
- SALAD
- 2 packages (10 ounces each) spinach leaves, washed and torn into bite size pieces
- 1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 medium red onion, sliced and separated into rings
- 8 ounces bacon, cooked and crumbled
- DRESSING
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons poppy seeds
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons grated onion
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
How To Make spinach salad with poppyseed dressing

Step 1Arrange salad ingredients in a large bowl.

Step 2Mix all dressing ingredients in a large bowl or shake in a large mason jar. Serve with the salad. Cover and refrigerate any leftovers.
