- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 3 medium roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup fresh basil, torn
- 1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 small can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 cup colby/jack cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup ea. slivered almonds, cashews, and pine nuts
- 2 cups smoked turkey breast, cubed
