i never like swiss cheese and red onion but the first time i made spinach ala phyllis it was so delicious i have to share it with everyone

    baby spinach
  • pkg
    =1 bag of spinach
  • c
    1/4 cup of swiss cheese diced or slivers
  • c
    1/4 cup of red onion slivers
  • c
    12 cooked crumbled bacon
  • Tbsp
    2 tablespoons of light raspberry & walnut dressing

How to Make spinach ala phyllis


  1. cook bacon when done the way u like it place it on paper towels put aside
  2. clean and de stem spinach tear spinach to make smaller pieces put into to salad bowls cut swiss cheese in to pieces...chop red onion now chop bacon into pieces
  3. place all ingredients to the bowls toss put dressing out not on the salad as the spinach starts to wilt with the dressing. keep cool with dmp paper towels over bowl putin refigerator until ready to serve. ENJOY
