a recipe I had on another cookbook website...I get tired of the same old coleslaw, so here is another option.

Ingredients
- 1 pound cabbage, cut into shreds
- 1/4 - red onion, cut into long slivers
- 1/2 - red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 tablespoons champagne vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon red chile flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
How To Make spicy slaw

Step 1At home: toss vegetables in a large bowl to blend. Transfer to a ziplock bag. Put remaining ingredients in small container with tight fitting lid. Chill slaw and dressing up to 2 days.

Step 2At Camp: toss slaw and dressing in large bowl and serve.
