This has become my family's favorite healthy "coleslaw" dish. I take it to cookouts and have people track me down for the recipe!
I also like to add chopped, roasted chicken to it to make a light summer dish.

soy sauce, low sodium
dark sesame oil
red pepper flakes
green onion, chopped
cabbage and carrot coleslaw
sesame seeds, toasted
How To Make
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
Add the green onions and coleslaw, tossing gently to coat.
Sprinkle the slaw with parsley and sesame seeds. Serve slaw immediately.
