spicy asian slaw

This has become my family's favorite healthy "coleslaw" dish. I take it to cookouts and have people track me down for the recipe! I also like to add chopped, roasted chicken to it to make a light summer dish.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium
- 4 teaspoons dark sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
- 2 packages cabbage and carrot coleslaw
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 4 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted
How To Make spicy asian slaw

Step 1Combine the first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.

Step 2Add the green onions and coleslaw, tossing gently to coat.

Step 3Sprinkle the slaw with parsley and sesame seeds. Serve slaw immediately.
