Ingredients
- one can - (16 oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can - (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can - (15 oz) garbanzo beans rinsed and drained
- 2 - celery ribs, sliced
- 1 medium - red onion, diced
- 1 - tomato, diced
- 1 cup - frozen corn, thawed
- DRESSING
- 3/4 cup - thick and chunky salsa
- 1/4 cup - olive oil
- 1/4 cup - fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 tsp - chili powder
- 1 tsp - salt
- 1/2 tsp - ground cumin, red pepper flakes (optional) or to taste
How To Make southwestern bean salad

Step 1In bowl, combine beans, celery, onion, tomatoes and corn.

Step 2In a small bowl combine salsa, oil, lime juice, chili powder, salt and cumin. Add pepper flakes to taste. Mix well, pour over bean mixture and toss to coat. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Better chilled over-night.
