Ingredients
- 1 package cornbread mix, baked, cooled and cubed
- 1 (14 oz) can red kidney beans, drained
- 1 (15 oz) can niblet corn, drained
- 1 - medium sweet onion, chopped
- 1 - green bell pepper, chopped
- 3 - large tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 (8 oz) bottle ranch dressing
How To Make southern cornbread salad

Step 1In the bottom of a large glass bowl, place cornbread cubes. Layer beans, corn, onion, bell pepper and tomatoes on top of cornbread.

Step 2Spread top of layers with Ranch dressing and sprinkle with the cheese.

Step 3Refrigerate 2 hrs or more...or overnight.
