Ingredients

1 pkgcornbread mix, baked, cooled and cubed

1 (14 oz) can(s)red kidney beans, drained

1 (15 oz) can(s)niblet corn, drained

1medium sweet onion, chopped

1green bell pepper, chopped

3large tomatoes, chopped

2 csharp cheddar cheese, grated

1 (8 oz) bottleranch dressing
How to Make Southern Cornbread Salad
- In the bottom of a large glass bowl, place cornbread cubes. Layer beans, corn, onion, bell pepper and tomatoes on top of cornbread.
- Spread top of layers with Ranch dressing and sprinkle with the cheese.
- Refrigerate 2 hrs or more...or overnight.
