- 4 cups shredded cabbage (½ head cabbage)
- 1 cup shredded carrot (1 small carrot)
- 1 cup shredded green bell pepper (½ green bell pepper)
- 1 cup whole kernel sweet corn
- FOR DRESSING :
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
- ¼ teaspoon celery salt
- ¼ teaspoon roasted garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar, or more to taste
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Step 1In a large bowl, combine together shredded cabbage, carrot, bell pepper and corn.
