Here is another great ramen salad you can toss up for your next lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • VINEGRATE DRESSING
  • 4 cups cabbage (shredded)
  • 4 sprigs green onions (sliced)
  • 1/3 cup slivered almonds
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (tosted)
  • 1 package ramen noodles (oven toasted)
  • SALAD

How To Make simi salad

  • Step 1
    1. Toast noodle in the oven at 350 degrees F for 3-5 minutes, then crumble into pieces. Put chopped cabbage and green onions together in a large bowl. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
  • Step 2
    2. Combine all the vinaigrette ingredients in a jar or cruet and shake well. (Do not use the spice packet from the ramen package)
  • Step 3
    3. Just before serving, pour all of the vinaigrette over the cabbage and onions and toss well. Toss in the sesame seeds and almonds, and sprinkle the crumbled Ramen noodles on top.
