- 2 pounds shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined, cooled
- 1 cup cooked white rice, cooled
- 1/2 cup green olives, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- - old bay seasoning
- - salt & pepper, to taste
How To Make shrimp & rice salad

Step 1Chop shrimp into bite size chunks and add to cooled rice, add onion and green olives,stir in the mayonnaise and add old bay and salt & pepper to taste.
