  • 2 lb
    shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined, cooled
  • 1 c
    cooked white rice, cooled
  • 1/2 c
    green olives, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    onion, chopped
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • ·
    old bay seasoning
  • ·
    salt & pepper, to taste

How to Make Shrimp & Rice Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Chop shrimp into bite size chunks and add to cooled rice, add onion and green olives,stir in the mayonnaise and add old bay and salt & pepper to taste.
