Ingredients
- 1 head of lettuce
- 1 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 12 ounces cooked shrimp
- 2 tomatoes, sliced into quarters
- fresh parsley and lemon wedges, for serving
How To Make shrimp louis

Step 1Pull leaves off the outside of the head of lettuce and line the plates with it. Chop the remaining lettuce and mix in the Thousand Island dressing.

Step 2Top the lettuce leaves with the lettuce mixture. Top with the shrimp. Add the tomatoes around the edges. Garnish with parsley and squirt a bit of lemon when serving.
