Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 1/4 cup + 1/3 cup ketchup, divided
- 2 tablespoons horseradish, divided
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 lemons
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 head iceberg lettuce cut into 4 wedges.
How To Make shrimp cocktail salad

Step 1Trim the asparagus.

Step 2Mix 1/4 cup of ketchup, 1 Tbsp horseradish, oil, salt, and pepper.

Step 3Mix the shrimp and asparagus in the mixture.

Step 4Broil for about 5 minutes, turning halfway.

Step 5Make the dressing: Stir together 1/3 cup of ketchup, the remaining tablespoon of horseradish, sour cream, juice of 1 lemon, and 3 Tbsp of water.

Step 6Serve a wedge of lettuce with the shrimp and asparagus drizzled with the dressing.
