Shrimp and Artichoke Salad

Ingredients

2 can(s)(15 oz. ) of garbonzo beans or chickpeas.

1 can(s)(14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and quartered

1 pkg(12 oz.) frozen cooked shrimp,thawed and drained.

1 can(s)(3 1/4 oz.) whole pitted black olives (or more to your taste).

6radishes, cut into quarters (or more to your taste).

1 tspdried oregano.

1 bottle(16 oz.) creamy caesar salad dressing.

1head romaine lettuce cut into bit-size pieces (optional)
How to Make Shrimp and Artichoke Salad
- In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, artichoke hearts, shrimp, olives, radishes, oregano and dressing.
- Toss until well combined.
- Chill for at least 1 hour.
- (Optional- may serve on a bed of romaine lettuce.) Or serve by itself as a salad.
