Ingredients
- 2 cans (15 oz. ) of garbonzo beans or chickpeas.
- 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
- 1 package (12 oz.) frozen cooked shrimp,thawed and drained.
- 1 can (3 1/4 oz.) whole pitted black olives (or more to your taste).
- 6 - radishes, cut into quarters (or more to your taste).
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano.
- 1 bottle (16 oz.) creamy caesar salad dressing.
- 1 - head romaine lettuce cut into bit-size pieces (optional)
How To Make shrimp and artichoke salad

Step 1In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, artichoke hearts, shrimp, olives, radishes, oregano and dressing.

Step 2Toss until well combined.

Step 3Chill for at least 1 hour.

Step 4(Optional- may serve on a bed of romaine lettuce.) Or serve by itself as a salad.
