Made (double recipe) this for Church luncheon tomorrow. Tasted it today and it tastes good - so looking forward to it after it "marries". Thanks to member Sheila Devor for this

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15 oz) mexicorn (or fiesta corn)
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup hellmans mayo (no substitute)
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 3 teaspoons chili powder
  • 10 1/2 ounces bag of chili cheese fritos

How To Make sheila's frito corn salad

  • Step 1
    THE NIGHT BEFORE Mix all ingredients together except Fritos
  • Step 2
    Just before serving slightly crush bag of Fritos. Either add to salad or keep in bowl next to corn mixture so individuals can add as desired
