Made (double recipe) this for Church luncheon tomorrow. Tasted it today and it tastes good - so looking forward to it after it "marries". Thanks to member Sheila Devor for this

- 2 cans (15 oz) mexicorn (or fiesta corn)
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup hellmans mayo (no substitute)
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 3 teaspoons chili powder
- 10 1/2 ounces bag of chili cheese fritos

Step 1THE NIGHT BEFORE Mix all ingredients together except Fritos

Step 2Just before serving slightly crush bag of Fritos. Either add to salad or keep in bowl next to corn mixture so individuals can add as desired
