Made (double recipe) this for Church luncheon tomorrow. Tasted it today and it tastes good - so looking forward to it after it "marries".

(15 oz) mexicorn (or fiesta corn)
grated cheddar cheese
hellmans mayo (no substitute)
chopped red onion
10 1/2 oz
bag of chili cheese fritos
How To Make
THE NIGHT BEFORE Mix all ingredients together except Fritos
Just before serving slightly crush bag of Fritos. Either add to salad or keep in bowl next to corn mixture so individuals can add as desired
