My son loves this slaw, which I invented because I had shredded my cabbage and had run out of Marzetti's slaw dressing and didn't realize it. His wife would never eat slaw until she tried this, when she was pregnant she ate a bucketfull at one setting LOL.

Ingredients

  • 1
    head of cabbage- grated
  • 2-3
    carrots, grated
  • 1/3 c
    green bell pepper chopped fine
  • ·
    hellmans mayonaise and any brand creamy poppyseed salad dressing added in equal amounts to make the desired consistancy
  • 1 tsp
    splenda or sugar
  • 1 tsp
    white vinegar

How to Make Seth's Cole Slaw

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all of the above together-add salt to taste,and LOTS of fresh ground black pepper (1/4 cup of golden raisins is a good addition too)
