Grams to the rescue! She taught Duplicate Bridge and had LOTS of luncheons for 12 (3 card tables). I remember being at her home in Escondido, CA when she had ladies over and when it was time to serve luncheon, you would have thought that Houdini was there. Cards came off the tables, clothes and china went on! Then the reverse, gosh you'd never have known food was served, let alone a fancy one! Just wait until dessert...now that'll knock your socks off!!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups lobster meat, crab meat or shrimp (or mixture of all 3)
  • 1 cup chopped celery, green pepper and cucumber
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • DRESSING
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons basil, dried or chili powder or tomato sauce
  • 1 cup 7-up
  • GARNISH
  • 2 - hard cooked eggs, sliced

How To Make seafood salad

  • Step 1
    Break up Lobster meat, Add the cup of vegetables and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Step 2
    Beat worcestershire sauce with the seasoning (of choice). Add 7-up and blend. Pour dressing over seafood mixture and serve.
  • Step 3
    SERVE: on lettuce leaves stuff tomato, hollowed out cucumber or avocado
  • Step 4
    Garnish wirh sliced hard cooked eggs
