Ingredients
- 1 - large or two small cans of del monte sauerkraut
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup green pepper or pimento
How To Make sauerkraut salad

Step 1Drain Kraut well. Bring water, vinegar and sugar to a boil for 3-4 minutes; cool

Step 2combine kraut, onions, celery & peppers or pimentos. Pour cold liquid over mixture & let stand for a few hours to ripen. Place in large glass jar. It will keep in the refrigerator for weeks
