My Mom, Aunt Mary and Grandma all made sauerkraut. I never had store bought till I got married and moved away from Pa. No, store bought is as good as theirs was. But I love sauerkraut and the refrigerated kind tastes the best to me. I am glad my family likes it too. I hope you enjoy this as much as we do.

Ingredients
- 1 package sauerkraut,drained
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 1 - green bell peppers,chopped
- 1 cup celery,sliced
- 1 jar small jar pimentos,drained
How To Make sauerkraut salad

Step 1boil sugar and vinegar till sugar is dissolved.

Step 2Put all other ingredients in a bowl.

Step 3Pour liquid over all ingredients, cover and refrigerate overnight.
