How To Make salad nicoise, mom

1While potatoes are still warm, pour 2 T oil and vinegar over them. Add onions and toss. Pour over the beans while hot, cover and cool to room temperature then chill 2 hours. Add dressing as needed. Arrange remaining ingredients around the edge.
