Ingredients For russian winter salad

1 pkgfrozen lima beans (10oz)

1 pkgfrozen peas and carrots

2 cansliced beets, drained, diced into cubes

8 ozsour cream
-
1 lgsweet onion, diced
-
1cucumber, seeded, diced
-
minced parsley
-
sliced green onion
-
garlic powder, salt, pepper to taste
How To Make russian winter salad

1Saute onion in butter until transparent; remove from pan. Add peas, carrots, limas to remaining butter and cook until thawed and just softened.

2Return onion to pan to mix, then place in bowl. Add beets and sour cream. Toss with parsley, green onion, cukes, and seasonings to taste.

3Serve at room temperature.
