Ingredients
- 1 package frozen lima beans (10oz)
- 1 package frozen peas and carrots
- 2 cans sliced beets, drained, diced into cubes
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 large sweet onion, diced
- 1 - cucumber, seeded, diced
- - minced parsley
- - sliced green onion
- - garlic powder, salt, pepper to taste
How To Make russian winter salad

Step 1Saute onion in butter until transparent; remove from pan. Add peas, carrots, limas to remaining butter and cook until thawed and just softened.

Step 2Return onion to pan to mix, then place in bowl. Add beets and sour cream. Toss with parsley, green onion, cukes, and seasonings to taste.

Step 3Serve at room temperature.
