This is my favorite egg salad recipe of all times. It is so rich and delicious. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Ingredients

4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
8 - hard boiled eggs, shelled and chopped

How To Make rich and creamy egg salad

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, salt and pepper until smooth; add relish.

Step 2

Fold in eggs and refrigerate until serving.
