1Shred cabbage so it is irregular, some fine and some coarse shreds into bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. let stand for overnight to allow flavors to mellow and slaw to achieve a deep red color. If you have one serving, you will definitely want more! Serves 6 to 8
Note: This red cabbage salad is pretty much identical to the one served at The North Woods Restaurant. It’s great!
