Ingredients
- 1 package spring mix salad
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/2 cup craisins
- 1 cup whole walnuts
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 pound boneless chicken breast
- 1 bottle light raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing
- 1/2 cup real bacon bites
How To Make raspberry chicken walnut salad

Step 1Pour 1/2 Bottle of Salad Dressing in a large Ziploc Bag. Add boneless chicken breast. Marinate in fridge for 1 hour.

Step 2Remove chicken from fridge. Bake in oven until golden brown.Or cook on Indoor/ Out door Grill.Slice chicken and set aside to cool.

Step 3On light heat. Melt butter in a med frying pan. Add brown sugar,and walnuts. Cook on low heat until walnuts are golden brown,and fully coated with sugar.

Step 4Place Spring Mix in Large Bowl Or Serving Dish. Add Craisins, Walnuts, Blue Cheese, Baon Bites,and Chicken. Drizzle the remaining 1/2 bottle of salad dressing on top and enjoy.
