Ingredients

  • RAMEN SALAD
  • 4 packages ramen noodles broken into pieces do not cook it
  • 1 head red cabbage chopped
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 medium red onion chopped
  • 1 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 cup green parts of scallions
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • TOFU DRESSING
  • 16 ounces silken tofu
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce or sambal oelek
  • 1/4 cup sherry vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cups olive oil

How To Make ramen salad with tofu dressing

  • Step 1
    Place all salad ingredient in a large bowl. To make the dressing. Place the tofu, soy sauce, sugar, chili sauce, and sherry vinegar in a blender.
  • Step 2
    Turn on the blender and drizzle in the olive oil until the dressing becomes like a loose pudding.
  • Step 3
    Pour over salad and mix
