- RAMEN SALAD
- 4 packages ramen noodles broken into pieces do not cook it
- 1 head red cabbage chopped
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 medium red onion chopped
- 1 cup cilantro chopped
- 1 cup green parts of scallions
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- TOFU DRESSING
- 16 ounces silken tofu
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce or sambal oelek
- 1/4 cup sherry vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups olive oil
How To Make ramen salad with tofu dressing

Step 1Place all salad ingredient in a large bowl. To make the dressing. Place the tofu, soy sauce, sugar, chili sauce, and sherry vinegar in a blender.

Step 2Turn on the blender and drizzle in the olive oil until the dressing becomes like a loose pudding.
