Ingredients

  • 1 package slaw mix
  • 2 packages beef ramen noodles (broken in pieces)
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 1 bunch green onions (chopped)
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup sugar

How To Make ramen noodle salad

  • Step 1
    Mix vinegar, oil and seasoning packets from noodles. Let stand in refrigerator over night in a jar.
  • Step 2
    Approximately one hour before serving, mix the slaw mix, green onion, broken noodles, sunflowers seeds and almonds. Add vinegar mixture and stir.
  • Step 3
    Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
