I have had this when the church has a pot luck dinner. It is one of my favorites.

vegetable oil
3 Tbsp
white wine vinegar
2 Tbsp
1 pkg
chicken flavored ramen noodles, seasoning packet reserved
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
ground black pepper
2 Tbsp
sesame seeds
1/4 c
sliced almonds
1/2 medium
head of cabbage
green onions, chopped

How to Make Ramen Coleslaw


  • 1Preheat oven to 350.
  • 2Crush ramen noodles.
  • 3In a medium bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, sugar, ramen noodle spice mix, salt and pepper to make dressing.
  • 4Place sesame seeds and almonds in a single layer on a medium baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
  • 5In a large salad bowl, combine cabbage, green onions, and noodles. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat evenly. Top with toasted sesame seeds and almonds.
