This is really easy and yummy..

You can use regular coleslaw mix as well. I also do different variations where I added a little chopped onion, and my husband likes a few chopped green olives in it as well. Use what you like.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    rainbow coleslaw mix (it has red & green cabbage, carrots & broccoli shredded in it)
  • 1/2 c
    miracle whip salad dressing
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    green olive juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    seasoned rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp
    each, garlic & onion powder
  • ·
    salt & pepper to taste

How to Make Rainbow coleslaw

Step-by-Step

  1. Put coleslaw mix into bowl. Add remaining ingredients mixing well. I let this sit about 15-20 minutes only before serving. I like my coleslaw crunchy.
