Ingredients
- 4 cups radishes, sliced
- 1/2 cup sweet onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1 1/4 teaspoons kosher salt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon basil or mint, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- minced parsley, for garnish

Step 1Place the radishes, onion and tomatoes in a bowl.

Step 2In a separate bowl, combine the salt, garlic, pepper, basil, lemon juice and olive oil. Whisk.
