Ingredients

  • 4 cups radishes, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sweet onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon basil or mint, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • minced parsley, for garnish

How To Make radish salad w/lemon vinaigrette

  • Step 1
    Place the radishes, onion and tomatoes in a bowl.
  • Step 2
    In a separate bowl, combine the salt, garlic, pepper, basil, lemon juice and olive oil. Whisk.
  • Step 3
    Toss the radish mix with the vinaigrette. Garnish with chopped parsley
