I especially like to use this at a BBQ. It compliments almost anything. It's always been a huge hit whenever I make and serve this salad. Just don't mix the lettuce and chips in until ready to serve.

How to Make Quick & Easy Taco Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown hamburger and make according to taco seasoning package directions. Cool but not cold.
  2. Add the salsa and Russian Dressing and combine thoroughly. Then add chopped lettuce, chips and grated cheese, tossing util meat mixture coats the lettuce. Don't worry if the chips break up when mixing-it's not going to affect the outcome.
  3. Serve immediately. Does not keep well because the sauces will make the lettuce and chips limp but it will dissapear so fast there isn't any left overs.
