Quick and Easy Asian Coleslaw

This Asian coleslaw is a nice alternative to coleslaw with a mayonnaise- based dressing. It goes great with grilled meats. You can add dried chives instead of scallions and chopped peanuts as a garnish. It tastes fresh and delicious.

    rice vinegar

    salt to taste

How to Make Quick and Easy Asian Coleslaw


  1. Put the coleslaw and scallions in a bowl.
  2. Add the dressing ingredients to the bowl.
  3. Add the chopped cilantro and stir until the salad is well mixed.
  4. Add salt to taste. Serve immediately.
