This has become a traditional favorite for all holidays; the kids and grandkids love it. I never knew the name of it, so it became that "pink stuff". It's not only a great salad, it's also good as a dessert.

How to Make "Pink Stuff"


  1. Drain pineapple, combine all ingredients, refrigerate for at least one hour, serve.
