Ingredients
- STEP ONE
- 1 can pineapple, crushed (15 ounces)
- 1 small fresh lemon, juiced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup water, hot
- STEP TWO
- 2 packages knox geletain
- 1/4 cup water, cold
- STEP THREE
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded
- 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
How To Make pineapple salad

Step 1Add ingredients from Step One together in sauce pan. Bring slowly to a boil for five minutes.

Step 2Meanwhile, add ingredients from Step Two together in a separate bowl. Let set until firm, then add to saucepan and stir in until dissolved.

Step 3Set pineapple mixture into refrigerator to cool until set.

Step 4Add thickened pineapple mixture to the ingredients from Step Three in a separate bowl and mix well.
