This salad may not sound like the most appetizing when you see the ingredients, but trust me, one bite and you will love it!

Ingredients

STEP ONE

1 can(s)
pineapple, crushed (15 ounces)
1 small
fresh lemon, juiced
1/2 c
sugar
1 c
water, hot

STEP TWO

2 pkg
knox geletain
1/4 c
water, cold

STEP THREE

8 oz
cream cheese
8 oz
sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded
8 oz
whipped topping, thawed

Step-By-Step

1Add ingredients from Step One together in sauce pan. Bring slowly to a boil for five minutes.
2Meanwhile, add ingredients from Step Two together in a separate bowl. Let set until firm, then add to saucepan and stir in until dissolved.
3Set pineapple mixture into refrigerator to cool until set.
4Add thickened pineapple mixture to the ingredients from Step Three in a separate bowl and mix well.
