1 smallcabbage, shredded (about 4 cups)
1 largecarrot, peeled and shredded (about 1 cup)
1/8 smallred cabbage, shredded (about 1/2 cup)
1/4 cheavy cream, or table cream
1/2 cpineapple tidbits, drained
How to Make Pineapple Coleslaw
- In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots and red cabbage.
- In a another bowl, combine mayonnaise, heavy cream, vinegar, sugar and salt. Whisk together until smooth and sugar and salt are dissolved.
- Add mayo dressing to cabbage slaw and gently toss together until well-distributed. Add pineapple and raisins and gently toss to combine. Chill for about 10 to 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
