- 8 ounces fresh mozarella, sliced
- 2 large georgia peaches, peeled & sliced
- kosher salt, to taste
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil, to taste
- 2-3 tablespoons balsamic glaze, to taste
- 3 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
How To Make peachy caprese

Step 1Place peaches and cheese on a serving plate, overlapping as you would a tomato caprese. Salt to taste.

Step 2Drizzle the olive oil over peaches and cheese, followed by the balsamic glaze. Sprinkle the chopped basil evenly over the top and serve.
