Just like a regular caprese, but substituting beautiful and sweet Georgia peaches for the tomatoes. A light and easy summer side.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fresh mozarella, sliced
  • 2 large georgia peaches, peeled & sliced
  • kosher salt, to taste
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil, to taste
  • 2-3 tablespoons balsamic glaze, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

How To Make peachy caprese

  • Step 1
    Place peaches and cheese on a serving plate, overlapping as you would a tomato caprese. Salt to taste.
  • Step 2
    Drizzle the olive oil over peaches and cheese, followed by the balsamic glaze. Sprinkle the chopped basil evenly over the top and serve.
