1Cook frozen peas just until tender.[do not overcook!]Rinse and cool.
2Dice onions and set aside.Grate fresh chaddar cheese.
3Mix sour cream with vinegar and a dash of salt.
4Put a layer of peas in the bottom of a glass dish[the look is mouthwatering].Add grated cheddar cheese,a layer of sour cream,bacon crumbles[bacon bits]and chopped onion.Continue layering and ending with cheddar cheese.
