    can peas (drained but retain juice)
  • 3
    chopped hard boiled eggs
  • 1/4 lb
    shredded sharp cheese
  • 1/3 c
    chopped red onion
  • 2 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • ·
    salt to taste
  • ·
    pepper to taste

How to Make Pea Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Put peas, cheese and chopped ingredients in bowl.
  2. Add mayonnaise, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons of juice from peas.
  3. Mix together and chill.
