Ingredients

  • 15 ounces can peas (drained but retain juice)
  • 3 - chopped hard boiled eggs
  • 1/4 pound shredded sharp cheese
  • 1/3 cup chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • - salt to taste
  • - pepper to taste

How To Make pea salad

  • Step 1
    Put peas, cheese and chopped ingredients in bowl.
  • Step 2
    Add mayonnaise, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons of juice from peas.
  • Step 3
    Mix together and chill.
