My mother-n-law (from my first marriage) gave me this recipe 30 years ago. Although we have gone our separate ways, I still make this. It tastes better the second day. With the exception of the peas (you need 2 cans), you can adjust the ingredients to your liking. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 cans peas - drained (i use the baby peas)
- 3 - hard boiled eggs - chopped
- 1 medium onion - chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make pea salad

Step 1Being careful not to smash peas, combine all ingredients and mix well; refrigerate until ready to serve. You can add additional mayonnaise if it seems dry.
