This pea salad recipe is super simple. Very few ingredients create a fabulous side dish. The mayo and zesty Italian dressing are tangy mixed with the sweet peas. Red onions and cashews add a nice crunch. If you are making this for a crowd, you'll want to double the recipe. Everyone will want a second helping!

Ingredients
- 10 ounces bag of frozen peas, rinsed & thawed
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 6 - strips, crispy bacon
- 1/3 cup chopped cashews
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons zesty Italian dressing
How To Make pea salad

Step 1Mix everything together, & chill for a least an hour before serving. May add extra mayo & dressing to desired creaminess & tang.
