A great recipe for a summer vegetable salad. Everyone enjoys this and was always a hit at the church potlucks.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen small peas, thawed
  • 3 - green onions, chopped
  • 2 - hard boiled eggs, diced
  • 3/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese, cubed in small cubes
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make pea salad

  • Step 1
    Gently mix all ingredients and chill. Serve cold.
