How to Make Paula Deans Refrig. cucumbers

  1. Slice cucumbers and add salt and vinegar. Paula says to let them set 20 minutes and drain. I usually do not drain them or let them set long.
  2. Mix mayo and sour cream together. I mix the dill in with this. I also add pepper and a little green onion or chive to this sometimes.
  3. Mix mayo mixture and cucumbers drained or otherwise together. I like to let them set at least a half hour in the fridge before I serve them.
