I make all kinds of coleslaw,sweet,hot and spicy,red cabbage,Asian. This is my son's & my oldest nephew's favorite.

Ingredients
- DRESSING
- - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- - 1 t. white vinegar
- - 1/4 c pineapple juice
- - 1/2 t. salt
- - 1/8 t. pepper
- SALAD :
- - 10 c shredded cabbage( about 1 head)
- - 1 1/2 c shredded carrot (about 2 carrots)
- - 2 t. minced green onion
- - 1/2 c chopped can pineapple
How To Make patsy's fruity coleslaw

Step 1Combine the mayonnaise, juice, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and beat until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
