I make all kinds of coleslaw,sweet,hot and spicy,red cabbage,Asian. This is my son's & my oldest nephew's favorite.
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 t. white vinegar
1/4 c pineapple juice
1/2 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
10 c shredded cabbage( about 1 head)
1 1/2 c shredded carrot (about 2 carrots)
2 t. minced green onion
1/2 c chopped can pineapple
How To Make
Combine the mayonnaise, juice, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and beat until smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
