I made this recipe for my husbands retirement party. It was a hit especially with my son who is a very picky eater. He called it awesome.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces favorite ditalini pasta
  • 1 - head cabbage
  • 1 large red onion
  • 1 large red bell pepper
  • 1 large yellow bell pepper
  • 2 large carrots
  • DRESSING
  • 3 cups miracle whip
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup each heavy cream and apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon each onion powder, caraway seed, garlic powder, paprika, salt and dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon pepper and ground fennel

How To Make pasta cole slaw

  • Step 1
    Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain run cold water over and set aside.
  • Step 2
    Shred the cabbage, onion, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and carrots in a food processor fitted with a grater plate.
  • Step 3
    Combine the cole slaw and the pasta.
  • Step 4
    Mix all ingredients for dressing together and pour over the salad and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
