This is out of one of my favorite cookbooks "Favorite Recipes from Quilters" and is quite yummy. Hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 - head of cauliflower
  • 6 - 8 slices bacon
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise -- this is for the dressing
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup sugar

How To Make parmesan salad

  • Step 1
    Break broccoli and cauliflower into bite-sized pieces. Include thinly sliced broccoli stems. Fry, drain and crumble bacon. Combine all salad ingredients and set aside. For the dressing: combine all dressing ingredients - mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, and sugar; mix well. Toss with salad and serve. Very good!
